Specification: This ez curl bar is 47" in length, 28 MM in shaft diameter. The bar's loading end length is 7.3-inch long. It weighs 16 pounds and holds weights up to 180 Lbs.
Durability: This EZ curl bar is compatible with any 2-inch weight plates without issues. The bar is constructed of 1-piece solid steel with a well-coated chrome finish. The standard knurling is just deep enough without being rough on your hands.
Ergonomic Design: Using a straight curl bar can place your wrists in compromised positions, creating tension on your joint. This curved bar makes performing curls easier as the curvature enables you remain in a more natural position and reduce the strain to your wrist
Two options of shaft diameter: Both Φ25mm and Φ28mm are available now. Standard olympic bars designed for men usually have a diameter of 28mm, while ones for women are 25mm. Please choose the right size based on your needs
Versatile: The bar allows for a wide variety of workouts such as preacher bicep curling, tricep extension and bent over row. Two padded spring collars are offered for a quick and easy plate change.
