Breastshield Selection Factors

Nipple Diameter

Nipple diameter is associated with pumping comfort
Be sure to measure your nipple diameter AFTER a pumping session
Then, try a size that is 1-2 mm LARGER than your nipple diameter as the starting point
Maymom shield size refers to the INTERNAL DIAMETER (ID) at the ENTRY point of the tunnel where the nipple will go

Nipple Length

Nipple length matters to some moms with long or elastic nipples.
