[PREMIUM QUALITY SOLID POLYCARBONATE ROOF] DA7934W Series door window awning canopy uses 0.137"/3.5mm thick virtually solid polycarbonate panel with UPF80+ Ultraviolet ray protection. The awning is tested independently INTERTEK proving to be capable of affording the loading over 600lbs.
[HEAVY-DUTY BRACKETS] The brackets of awning are made of die-cut 1061 engineered Aluminum with hardness processing and oxidation finishing. The material are rust resistant and capable of providing strong, durable supporting for the awning against heavy snow and strong breeze.
[THREE MOUNTING SPOTS] Each bracket is mounted on the w[THREE MOUNTING SPOTS] Each bracall by three pieces 304 stainless steel. Compared with other similar products mounted in 2 pieces bolts, it's much more stable and not easy to be pulled out of the wall when heavy snow loaded. All screws are test by "INTERTEK" proving won't be rusty at least in 10 years.
[HEAT RESISTANT ABILITY] The polycarbonate sheet is able to work normally in the temperature range of -40~248 degree F (-40~120 degree C).
[FABRIC VALANCE INCLUDED] 6"/15cm high polyester valance with PU coating equipped for protecting your eyes from sunshine,dust,wind and rain drops; Valance is a standard part with UPF50+ Ultraviolet ray protection . Users needn't install it if don't like it.

Our DA series door window awning canopy is designed for premium grade market. Compared to the economic items in market, our awnings have below several obvious outstanding points,
1.) The material of roof panel is virtually 100% new material solid polycarbonate sheet with UV 80+; As you may know, the hollow PC sheet used by economic door awning is very easy to be broken,melted and fragile aged.
2.) The thickness of our solid polycarbonate sheet is 0.137mm/3.5mm. It's thicker than that of competitors' product in market and ensures our awning is able to afford heavier snow loading in winter.
3.) All materials pass ultra-low & high temperature test. The awning canopy is able to work normally in the range of temp. -40~248℉(-40~120℃).
4.) The brackets of awning canopy are made of Aluminum alloy instead of plastic used by economic awning. They won't rust, strong enough and maintenance free.
