1.How to download APP? -------------Download the APP named F Fit by scaning QR code of the manual or smart watch, or search "F Fit" from Google Play or APP store.
2.Why can't I connect to a smart watch?---------First open your Bluetooth; then find Bluetooth of the watch in APP; Bind the device by F Fit app, not Bluetooth Setting of phone. Final connected(Pls update phone's system to newest if failed)
3.Cannot get SMS ?---------Click "Notification" in APP. Then authorize related permissions. Read the messages directly on the watch. ( No call reply and write features.)
4.Why does Bluetooth always disconnect? Why can't the data be synchronized? ---------Please ensure that the APP is running in the background of the mobile phone, do not end the APP process, you can set the state of the APP background.
5. Why is BP measurement inaccurate?-------------Please wear the smart watch correctly and keep the back sensor part close to the skin to prevent the green light from leaking out, Please measure 3 times in a static state and take the average value.
6.Why watch can't track sleep? ---------- The default sleep monitoring time is from 18:00 p.m to 10:00 a.m. Track time can't be changed.If you wear the smart bracelet to sleep, then you can check the sleep interface.
7.How to set time and date? ----------Time will be automatically synchronized after successful connection.
